The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Main Activities:1. Activity #1: Designcarrying Out The Necessary Studies And Preparing An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations And The Requirements Of The Employer. Planned Parts: Road; Geodesy And Vertical Planning; Plumbing; Landscaping And Landscaping; Electric - Street Lighting; Traffic Organization And Safety; Temporary Organization And Traffic Safety; Health And Safety Plan; Fire Safety - Within The Required Regulatory Scope; Construction Waste Management Plan – When Required; Quantity Accounts And Summary Value Account. If Necessary, Other Project Parts Resulting From The Studies And Regulatory Requirements Are Developed, After Agreement With The Contracting Authority.Agreeing And Approving The Investment Project And Taking The Necessary Actions To Issue A Building Permit Are The Responsibility Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Provides The Necessary Assistance And Removes At His Own Expense The Identified Gaps And Inconsistencies In The Prepared Project.2. Activity No. 2: Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Cms)Implementation Of All Necessary Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction Of The Roundabout And Its Functional Connection With The Existing Street Network, According To The Approved Investment Project, The Construction Permit, The Technical Specification And The Applicable Regulations, Including The Preparation Of The Necessary Executive And Executive Documentation.3. Activity #3: Exercise Authorship Supervisionexercise Of Authors Supervision By The Designers On The Relevant Project Parts During Construction, According To Art. 162 Of The Zut, Including Issuing The Necessary Prescriptions And Participating In The Drafting Of The Applicable Acts And Protocols.As Of The Opening Date Of The Public Procurement, Partial Financing In The Amount Of Eur 39,200.00 Including Vat Has Been Secured. The Remaining Funds, Necessary For The Full Execution Of The Order, Are Planned To Be Allocated To The Budget Of The Municipality Of Sevlievo For 2027.Given The Availability Of Partially Secured Financing, The Implementation Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Stages, And The Development Of The Investment Project Will Be Initially Commissioned.The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works And The Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Construction Will Begin After Securing The Necessary Financing And Giving A Written Notification From The Employer To The Contractor.With Regard To The Activities For Which Financing Has Not Been Secured At The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Law On Public Procurement.The Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Activities Are Specified In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.
