The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Cleaning And Detergents, Soap And Disinfectants In Three Separate Items Based On Written Requests For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Tvarditsa. The Products Are Grouped In The Following Separate Items:Separate Item No. 1 Cleaning Preparations, Preparations For Hand Washing Dishes, Detergents And Soap - Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code;Separate Position No. 2 Preparations For Washing Machines And Dishwashers - Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Plo;Separate Item No. 3 Disinfectants And Sanitary Napkins.The Division Of This Public Procurement Into Separate Items Is Appropriate.All Deliveries Are Made After A Prior Written Request, Submitted By The Relevant Structural Unit Of The Contracting Authority, To The Administrative Address Specified In Each Specific Request On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Tvarditsa, Including Floor, Office, Warehouse, Etc. The Actual Quantities Are Established In The Process Of The Execution Of The Public Procurement According To The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority. Full Information On The Requirements For The Manner And Order Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.In Each Separate Item, The Products Are Included As Nomenclatures And Are Described In Detail By Name, Technical Characteristics And Unit Of Measure In The Attached List Of Cleaning And Detergents, Soap And Disinfectants (List), An Integral Part Of The Technical Specification.The Quantities Of Products Indicated In The List Are Estimated And Depend On The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement For The Relevant Specific Position. The Contracting Authority Is Not Committed To The Purchase Of The Entire Estimated Quantity. The Contracting Authority Can Request Larger Quantities Of The Relevant Type Of Product, Within The Total Estimated Value Of The Allocated Item.The Contract For Each Individual Item Of The Public Procurement Is Concluded For The Estimated Value Specified By The Contracting Authority For It, Which Is The Maximum Permissible Value Up To Which The Contracting Authority Can Request And Purchase Products At The Unit Prices Proposed By The Contractor.Each Participant Can Submit An Offer For One Or More Individual Positions. Participants Must Submit An Offer For All Items Included In The Respective Specific Item. Non-Offering Of Any Of The Nomenclature Is Grounds For Removal Of The Participant From Participation In The Procedure For The Respective Specific Position.♿ Important!
