The Contractor Undertakes To Build And Maintain For The Duration Of The Contract A Panic Button And A System For Security With Sot At The Places Specified By The Employer, Namely Nine Sites In The Hospital, As Well As To Monitor, Register And Inspect The Signals /From The Installed Technical Means Of Protection/, Received 24/7 In The Monitoring Center For Signal Security Activity Of The Contractor.The Contractor Bears 100% Property Responsibility For Damages And Material Losses For The Client Caused As A Result Of Culpable And Bad Faith Performance Of The Obligations Assumed In The Contract. In The Event Of Material Damages And Losses For The Contracting Party As A Result Of Non-Fulfillment Of The Obligations Assumed By The Contract, The Same Shall Be Established By A Finding Protocol Signed By Representatives Of The Parties To The Contract. If The Contractor Refuses To Sign The Report Of Findings, Damages Are Paid Only On The Basis Of The Findings Determined By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority In The Report. In These Cases, The Contractor Is Obliged To Compensate The Damages Up To The Market Value Of The Items, And The Client Has The Right To Be Compensated By Deduction From Invoices And/Or From The Presented Insurance Policy And/Or Performance Guarantee - Up To The Amount Of The Damages.
