The Purpose Of These Administrative And Technical Bases Is To Regulate The Contracting Called Insurance Contracting For The Institutional Vehicle Fleet Of The Regional Government Of Coquimbo, For A Period Of 36 Months, In Accordance With The Conditions Established In This Instrument.The Regional Government Of Coquimbo Maintains A Fleet Of Institutional Vehicles Intended For The Fulfillment Of Administrative, Operational, Institutional Representation Functions, Supervision Of Initiatives Financed By The Service, Territorial Deployment And Transfer Of Officials Within And Outside The Coquimbo Region.Considering That The Permanent Operation Of Said Vehicles Implies Exposure To Various Risks Associated With Circulation, Transit, Natural Phenomena, Acts Of Third Parties And Other Events That May Affect Their Integrity, Availability Or Generate Liability Towards Third Parties, It Is Necessary To Have Insurance Coverage That Allows The Institutional Assets To Be Adequately Protected.In This Context, The Regional Government Of Coquimbo Requires Contracting Insurance For Its Institutional Vehicle Fleet, Contemplating The Coverage And Technical Conditions Established In These Bases, In Order To Protect Institutional Assets, Reduce The Economic Impact Derived From Possible Accidents And Ensure The Operational Continuity Of The Functions Carried Out By The Service.
