The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Comprehensive Preparation Of The Route G-16 Reversibility Study (Camino Lo Echevers), Aimed At Evaluating And Technically Developing The Implementation Of A Third Reversible Circulation Lane, Including Surveys, Measurements, Traffic Modeling, Road Safety Analysis, Design Of Signage And Demarcation, Cubations And Budget, Preparation Of The File, Entry, Monitoring And Attention To Observations Before The Directorate Of Transit And Public Transportation, Seremitt And Other Competent Organizations, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications. The Contract Corresponds To A Single Comprehensive Service, At A Lump Sum, That Includes All The Products, Activities, Coordination And Procedures Required In The Technical Specifications.
