As Described In This Notice, All Assets Offered For Sale Will Be Sold In The Physical And Documentary State And Conditions In Which They Are Found, Whether In Operation Or Not (In The Case Of Movable Assets), And Therefore, With Respect To Them, There Is No Need For Any Subsequent Claim Regarding Their Quality.
