The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Inspections And Maintenance As Well As Maintenance In Full Technical Efficiency, Including Verification And Removal Of Faults Of The Following Systems: Slk Communication Center, Visual Information, Mpls, Sound System, Sdh, Smw, Time Signaling, Tvp, Tvu, Tvp-Skp. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Frequency Of Maintenance Procedures Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Opz. 2. The Contractor Will Provide Emergency Service, Guaranteeing The Performance (Within 8 Hours Of Reporting The Failure) Of The Activities Specified Below: 1) Arrival At The Site Of The Failure, If Necessary, 2) Verification Of The Reported Failure, 3) Taking The Necessary Actions To Remove Or Limit The Failure, 4) Making Appropriate Entries In The R-366 Journal Or Reporting By Telephone To The Service Employee The Information Necessary To Make It, 5) Providing Information To The Ordering Party About The Cause Of The Failure And The Estimated The Cost And Time Of Its Removal, 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Extend The Scope Of The Order With Additional Services, Taking Into Account The Additional, Current Needs Of The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option Right) On The Following Terms: • The Option Right May Be Exercised If It Is Necessary To Increase The Number Of Devices Covered By The Agreement. • The Option Right May Be Used To Reserve Funds For Repairs Including The Purchase Of Materials And Service Hours (In Accordance With The Transcript In Journal R-366). • The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right During The Term Of The Contract. • Services Under The Option Right Will Amount To No More Than: Pln 500,000.00 Net. • The Option Right May Be Used In Locations Not Included In The Annexes To The Opz.
