Public-Service Buses – Ilmebahn Gmbh - Procurement Of Mild Hybrid Buses In 2027. The Subject Of This Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement To Determine The Conditions And The Procedure For Concluding Individual Contracts For The Manufacture And Delivery Of Solo And Articulated Buses With Mild Hybrid Drive. The Vehicles On Offer Should Be Geared Towards High Operational Reliability As Well As Maintenance And Servicing That Is As Simple And Economical As Possible Over The Intended Period Of Use. The Framework Agreement Does Not Establish Any Acceptance Or Performance Obligations. The Specific Services To Be Provided Are Specified By The Client Within The Framework Of Individual Contracts And Follow The Specifications Of The Contract Components Of This Framework Agreement And The Tender Documents. The Client Currently Intends To Conclude Individual Contracts For The Delivery Of A Total Of 15 Vehicles During The Five-Year Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Basic Plan Is To Order Three Vehicles Per Contract Year. The Client Reserves The Right To Determine The Distribution Of The Vehicles On Solo And Articulated Buses In The Individual Contract Years In Accordance With His Needs. For Any Subsequent Extension Periods, Further Vehicle Procurement Is Reserved Depending On The Respective Needs. The Maximum Call Quantity Under This Framework Agreement Is A Total Of 20 Vehicles.
