The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 24 Months To Ensure Is/Ict Management Support Of The City Of Prague (Hereinafter Referred To As Mhmp) - Expert Support In The Implementation And Performance Of The It Governance System For The Contracting Authoritys Ict Environment Including More Than 200 Application Units And Related Infrastructure And Technological Components. Implementation Is Governed By A Hybrid Model: Decision-Making And Responsibility Roles Are Held Exclusively By The Department Of It Operations (Hereinafter Referred To As Oic), The Supplier Provides Methodologies, Accelerators (Model Solutions And Templates), Training And Temporary Capacity And Does Not Implement Decisions. Fulfillment Has A Stage Of Setting Up The Management System And A Stage Of Subsequent Support, Its Operation And Improvement, Within Which Continuity Management And Quality Management Run As Ongoing Activities. Decision-Making And Responsibility Rests With The Oic At All Times. The Supplier Transfers The Know-How So That The Oic Performs The Service On Its Own After Completion Of The Performance.
