The Order Includes The Following Activities: 1) Action I - Includes The Provision Of Technical Assistance For The Cms Owned By The Ordering Party, Consisting Of: A) Removing Errors Occurring In The Cms Owned By The Ordering Party Along With All Its Functionalities, Including Correct Integration With The Wowza Streaming Engine System Owned By The Ordering Party. Ensuring Stability, Security And Consistency Of The Solution For Six (6) Cms Instances (Assisted). B) Support For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation And Operation Of The Existing Cms And Existing Websites (Maximum 50 Inquiries / Month For All Existing Assisted Instances And Websites). 2) Action Ii (With Option Right) - Includes The Expansion And Modification Of The Cms And Existing Websites Based On The Cms Tool (Functional Modification, New Functionalities) As Part Of Programming Man-Hours: A) The Ordering Party Envisages A Maximum Of 350 Man-Hours Under Action Ii, Including: - 110 Man-Hours As A Basic Order, - 240 Man-Hours As An Optional Order, Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement, However, This Is The Maximum Value And With Subject To Point B. B) The Ordering Party Reserves The Option Right To Action Ii. The Ordering Party Indicates That Due To Technical And Organizational Circumstances, The Man-Hours May Be Used To A Lesser Extent, I.E. In The Amount Of The Basic Order, I.E. 110 Man-Hours. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Right To Order The Expansion And Modification Of The Cms For More Than 110 Man-Hours, The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect. 2.
