The Task Will Include, Among Others: A) Implementation Of The Scope Described In The Fup - Annex No. 2 To The Agreement, Which Includes: • Demolition Of: The Existing Gatehouse Building, Expedition Building And Farm Buildings • Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Existing Social And Storage Building Of The Coach House Into The Center For The History Of Communication And Office And Social Space With Equipment • Expansion Of The Above-Mentioned Building With A Wing Intended For Cultural And Social Functions (Neighborhood Center/Intergenerational Integration Building) Along With Equipment • New Development Of The Area Within The Study Boundaries, Including The Construction Or Reconstruction Of Connections: Electricity, Water And Sewage, Telephone, Ict, Heating - According To The Technical Connection Conditions Obtained By The Contractor B) Construction Of A Permanent Exhibition At The Center For The History Of Communication - According To The Ordering Partys Guidelines - Annex No. 11 To The Above-Mentioned Agreement. The Works Constituting The Scope Of The Contractors Works Each Time Concern The Preparation Of Design Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works On Their Basis, As Well As The Completion Of All Activities Resting With The Contractor, Referred To In The Content Of The Opz.
