The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Mixed And Separately Collected Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Czermin Commune In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028. The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip Residential Properties With Bags For Separately Collected Waste. 2. The Approximate Amount Of Municipal Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Collect From Owners Of Residential Properties And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point During The Order Implementation Period Will Be Approximately 2,821.500 Mg. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Value Of The Service Is 70% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Indicated In § 3 Section 1 Draft Contract. 4.
