In The Event Of A Joint Application For A Contract By Contractors, The Single European Procurement Document And A Statement Regarding The Grounds For Exclusion Under Art. 5K Of Regulation 833/2014 And Art. 7 Section 1 Of The Act On Special Solutions For Counteracting Support For Aggression Against Ukraine And For The Protection Of National Security, Is Submitted By Each Of The Contractors. The Documents Confirm The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings To The Extent That Each Of The Contractors Demonstrates The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. The Declaration Submitted On The Jedz Form Should Be Submitted In Electronic Form Under Pain Of Nullity. 7. The Condition Regarding The Authorization To Conduct A Specific Business Or Professional Activity Is Met If At Least One Of The Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of A Contract Has The Authorization To Conduct A Specific Business Or Professional Activity And Will Provide The Services For Which These Authorizations Are Required. 8. In The Case Referred To In Point 7, Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of The Contract Attach To Their Offer A Statement Indicating Which Services Will Be Performed By Individual Contractors (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz). 9. Edz, Declarations And Documents Confirming The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion From The Procedure Are Submitted By Each Of The Contractors Jointly Applying For The Order.
