The Subject Of The Public Contract Is A Change In The Layout Of Parts 1.N.P. – 7.N.P. Buildings B1, B2, And The Associated Implementation Of New Electrical Distribution, Low-Current Distribution, Zti Distribution, Ventilation, Medical Gases, Repair Of The Truss And Roof Structure. The Building Plan Consists In Adjusting The Internal Layouts For The Construction Of New Operations (Emergency Reception, Ophthalmic Department, Orthopedics, Gynecology And Obstetrics Department). Furthermore, New Medical Rooms Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project. Interventions In The Supporting System Are Minimal. The Existing Envelope Of The Building Will Not Change, Only Necessary Local Repairs Will Take Place, Partial Replacement Of Window Openings And Insulation Of The Affected Parts Of The Roofs With Replacement Of The Covering And Reconstruction Of The Rafters. The New Internal Layout Is Primarily Designed Using Light Plasterboard Structures That Meet The High Demands On Acoustics And Fire Safety Of Medical Buildings. Internal Surfaces (Floors, Walls, Ceilings) Are Designed With An Emphasis On Hygiene, Easy Cleaning And Durability, Typical For Clean Operations And Hospital Standard (Ceramic Tiling In Rooms With The Most Demanding Surface Washability, Washable Paints And Epoxy Screeds). Heating, Ventilation And Cooling The Heating Is Connected To The Existing Central Source Of The Premises. The Ventilation Of The Main Operations Is Solved As Forced Constant Pressure With Heat Recovery, While For Operating And Procedure Rooms It Is Supplemented With Hepa Filtration And A Precise Pressure Cascade. The Cooling Of The Living Rooms Is Local (Vrv And Split Systems). High Current And Weak Current Installations Will Be Made Completely New. High-Current Circuits Are Strictly Divided According To Importance, Including The Establishment Of A Medical Isolated System (Zis) For Critical Beds. Low-Current Systems Will Ensure A Standard Data Infrastructure, Security (Cctv, Ekv), Fire Protection (Eps, Nhs) And A Patient-Nurse Communication System. Due To The Measurement Of The Existing Power Input Of The B1b2 Building, It Is Necessary To Replace The Lv Distribution Between The Building B1b2 And The Energy Center.
