With The Help Of The Services, It Is Ensured That The Person Performs The Functions Of Everyday Life In His Home And Living Environment. The Goal Of The Service Is To Enable A Safe And Meaningful Living At Home That Takes Into Account The Customers Own Resources And Ability To Function. Home Care Services Also Aim To Prevent The Need For More Demanding Treatment And Care. Home Care Includes Treatment And Care According To The Clients Individual Needs, Activities That Promote And Maintain Functional Ability And Interaction, Other Activities That Support The Persons Performance And/Or Home Nursing Care Referred To In § 25 Of The Health Care Act Or Home Care In Accordance With § 19 A Of The Social Care Act (1301/2014). The Procurement Is Carried Out By A Two-Stage Procurement Procedure Drawn Up By The Procurement Unit Itself In Accordance With The Principles Of The Procurement Act, Which Has Features Of A Traditional Framework Agreement And A Dynamic Procurement System. In The Future, The Procurement Procedure Will Be Referred To As The Producer Register. With This Announcement, The Procurement Unit Establishes A Producer Register. This Announcement Serves As A Request To Participate In The Producer Register. Service Providers Who Want To Be Included In The Producer Register Must Submit An Application For Participation In The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Portal. All Service Providers Who Meet The Suitability And Minimum Requirements Set In The Request For Participation Will Be Accepted Into The Producer Register. During The Validity Period Of The Producer Register, The Procurement Unit Publishes Requests For Tenders Among Service Providers Accepted Into The Register, To Which Only Service Providers Accepted Into The Producer Register Can Submit A Bid. The Estimated Annual Value Of The Acquisitions Is Approximately Eur 3,500,000 (Vat 0%). The Estimated Total Value Of The Producer Register For The Entire Period Of Validity Is Approximately 21,000,000 Euros (Vat 0%). Estimates Are Indicative And May Differ From Actual Purchases. The Estimates Also Do Not Bind The Procurement Unit To A Specific Procurement Amount. The Procurement Unit Acquires Services Through This Producer Register In Accordance With The Needs Of The Procurement Unit. The Maximum Value Of The Producer Register For Its Entire Validity Period Is Eur 30,000,000 (Vat 0%). The Procurement Unit Does Not Make Purchases Through The System In Quantities Exceeding This Value. In Addition To Home Care Services, Other Services That Support Living At Home Can Also Be Obtained Within The Producer Register. The Procurement Unit Does Not Undertake To Acquire All Of This Service
