General Description Of The Contract: 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Real Estate Where Residents Live, Real Estate On Which There Is A Summer House And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes, Located In The Zelów Commune, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods Of Certain Fractions Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill. 1.2. Period Covered By The Order: 01/01/2027 - 31/12/2029 1.3. The Order Includes: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live And Real Estate Where There Is A Summer House And Other Real Estate Used For Recreation And Relaxation Purposes, 2) Equipment For All Owners Of The Above-Mentioned. Real Estate With Containers For Municipal Waste, 3) Collection And Management Of Expired Medicines And Equipping The Indicated Facilities With Containers For Medicines, 4) Collection And Management Of Used Small-Size Batteries And Accumulators And Equipping The Indicated Facilities With Containers For Small-Size Batteries And Accumulators, 5) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Mauryców 1A And Equipping The Point With Appropriate Containers, 6) Mobile Collection Of Bulky Waste. 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Content Of The Draft Agreement, The Description And Conditions Of Services Provided In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 2), And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1). These Documents Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Presented In The Tender Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
