The Assignment Concerns The Provision Of Cleaning Services, Window Cleaning, Specialist Cleaning On Call For Ggdzw And The Supply And Management Of Sanitary Facilities And Consumables For Multiple Locations Of The Zaanstreek-Waterland Safety Region And Ggd Zaanstreek-Waterland. The Assignment Is Tendered As One Integrated Service Agreement. The Services Include Regular And Periodic Cleaning Maintenance, Window Cleaning, Sanitary Facilities And Consumables, As Well As Specialist Cleaning On Call For Ggdzw, Including The Cleaning Of Heavily Contaminated Homes Or Similar Areas. Separate Agreements Will Be Concluded With Vrzw And Ggdzw With The Winning Tenderer. Implementation, Reporting And Invoicing Must Be Administratively Separated Per Organization. The Assignment Concerns Cleaning Services, Window Cleaning, Specialist Cleaning On Call For Ggdzw And The Supply And Management Of Sanitary Facilities And Consumables For Multiple Locations Of Vrzw And Ggdzw. The Estimated Contract Value Is Approximately € 3,400,000 Excluding Vat, Based On An Initial Term Of Four Years With An Extension Option Of Two One-Year Periods. The Maximum Value Of The Agreements Together Amounts To € 3,900,000 Excluding Vat Over The Maximum Term, Including Extension Options. This Maximum Value Applies To Vrzw And Ggdzw Jointly And Is Not A Separate Maximum Value Per Organization. The Included Numbers, Areas, Frequencies, Usage Data And Consumption Data Are Indicative. There Is No Purchase Obligation Or Purchase Guarantee.
