In His Offer, The Bidder Must Declare The Following In A Duly Signed Form: • He Has The Necessary Tools, Machines, And Appropriate Specialists To Carry Out The Repair; • The Bidder Or His Subcontractor Performing The Repair Has The Repair Instructions/Technology Detailed In The Technical Disposition; • Acknowledges That In Case Of Winning, The Repaired Part Must Be Supplied With The Documentation Specified In The Draft Contract And Technical Disposition, Which It Will Provide To The Bidder After Repair; • The Deadline For Completion, Which Cannot Be More Than 90 Calendar Days; • Provides The Bidder With The Opportunity For Inspection Between Repairs During The Contract Period, For Which He Provides All The Means And Conditions; • Undertakes The Delivery Of The Part To Be Repaired From The Place Of Delivery, As Well As The Return Delivery Of The Repaired And Installed Parts, Free Of Charge; • Ensures The Protection Of The Integrity Of The Repaired Component During Transport And Storage, The Packaging Protects The Component Against The Ingress Of Dust, Water And Other Contaminants; • Agrees To Hand Over To The Bidder The Parts Built And Replaced As Part Of The Repair At The Same Time As The Repaired Part; • Acknowledges That - The Contracting Authority Only Sends Orders By E-Mail, For Which Purpose It Ensures That The Orders Are Received At A Single E-Mail Address In The Event Of A Win, - The Date Of Communication Of The Order To The Winning Bidder By The Contracting Authority, The Day The Order Is Sent To This E-Mail Address, And The Winning Bidder Must Ensure That The Order Is Received At The E-Mail Address Specified By It On The Day It Is Sent By The Contracting Authority; • Cxcvi Of 2011 On National Assets.
