This Contract Is A Service Contract Relating To The Implementation And Provision Of A Training Management Solution So That The Eap And The Training Services Of Its Client Administrations Can Fulfill Their Various Missions. It Is Therefore Expected: • An Lms Type Solution Allowing The Execution Of The Contracting Authoritys Work At Least As Before The Award Of This Contract. The Description Of The Business Context, Current Processes And Future Expectations Is Detailed In These Special Specifications; • Implementation Of The New Solution, Including Integrations With Other Systems; • Hosting The New Solution; • General And Evolutionary Maintenance Of The Solution And Its Possible Future Adaptations; • Support For The Configuration, Use And Evolution Of The Solution; • Resumption Of Data From The Current Eap Platform (Bealink); • The Monthly Fees Necessary To Operate The Solution; • On-Demand Consultancy And Support Services To Pursue The Continuous Improvement Of Training Management Processes Or To Address Possible Future New Needs; • Training Services In The Use Of The New Solution For Key Users; • Optionally Required, Implementation And Monthly Fees Giving Access To Additional Functionalities Grouped In The “Lxp” Package In These Specifications And Possible Future New Needs; • Optionally Required, Support And Assistance With The Migration To The New Solution That Will Be Chosen, Including Data Exports/Recoveries (Reversibility At The End Of The Contract). The Technical Clauses Of These Special Specifications Describe The Requirements Relating To The Solution, The Planned Implementation Project, The Maintenance Of The Solution And The Reversibility At The End Of The Contract. The Bidder Is Responsible For The Ability Of The Solution It Proposes To Meet The Expectations Of The Eap As Formulated In This Csc.
