The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services To Educational Units* Located In Districts I-Xviii Of The City Of Krakow Or Outside The City Limits Of Krakow And Transport To Their Place Of Residence Of Approximately 930 Disabled Children (Including Approximately 130 Children In Wheelchairs) From The Area Of The Municipality Of Krakow By Means Of Transport That Are Technically Efficient And Adapted To Passenger Transport (Including Cars Adapted To Transport Disabled Persons In Wheelchairs) Along With Ensuring Their Care During Transport. * Educational Unit Means The Unit Referred To In Art. 2 Points 1 - 8 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 - Education Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 737, As Amended), Excluding Units Providing Continuing Education Within The Meaning Of Art. 4 Points 30 Of This Act.
