As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Ensure: 1) Removal And Management Of Excess Sludge (Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge - Waste Code 19 08 05) Originating From The Current Operation Of Sewage Treatment Plants In Łąck And Jazów In An Amount Not Exceeding 1,500 Tons. 2) Disposal And Management Of Screenings - Waste Code 19 08 01, Originating From The Current Operation Of Sewage Treatment Plants In Łąck, Jazów And Kadcza, In Quantities Not Exceeding 50 Tons. 3) Removal And Management Of Contents From Sand Traps - Waste Code 19 08 02 Originating From The Current Operation Of Sewage Treatment Plants In Łącko And Kadcza In An Amount Not Exceeding 3 Tons. 1.2 Settlement For The Collection Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Based On Weight Reports And Waste Transfer Cards For The Month In Which The Service Was Performed. 1.3 Pursuant To Applicable Regulations, Liability For Waste Passes From The Ordering Party To The Contractor Upon Its Transfer.
