The General Objective Of This Purchase Is The Purchase Of Spare Parts, Respectively Parts For Repairs To The Electric Traction Control System For The Solaris Trolleybuses, Held In The Fleet By The Contracting Entity, In Order To Ensure The Continuity And Smooth Running Of Its Activity. It Is Desired To Conclude A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 48 Months With A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators Ranked In The First 3 Places According To The Criterion Of Awarding The Best Quality-Price Ratio, With The Resumption Of The Competition. The Estimated Frequency Of Awarding Subsequent Contracts Is Biannual, Respectively, As A Rule, Two Subsequent Contracts In One Year. This Frequency Is An Estimate, With Subsequent Contracts To Be Awarded According To The Actual Needs Of The Contracting Entity. The Number, Validity Period And Value Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be Established At The Time Of Award, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Contracting Entity, Within The Scope, Quantities And Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement. The Validity Period Of Each Subsequent Contract Cannot Exceed December 31 Of The Year In Which It Is Concluded. The Technical Diversity Of The Fleet Requires The Continuous Provision Of Parts Corresponding To Each Type Of Vehicle. This Purchase Meets The Need For Maintenance And Repair Of The Solaris Trolleybuses, In Order To Keep Them In Working Order And To Ensure The Continuity Of The Public Transport Service. The Anticipated Benefits Of The Purchase Are: A) Reduction Of Trolleybus Immobilization Periods; B) Maintaining The Availability Of The Fleet Necessary To Carry Out The Transport Program; C) Ensuring The Continuity Of The Public Transport Service; D) Maintaining Vehicles In Proper Operating And Safety Conditions; E) Reducing The Risk Of Delays In Carrying Out Repairs Due To The Lack Of Necessary Parts.
