Due To The Above, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Applying The Procedure Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Scope Consistent With This Basic Order, Up To 30% Of The Subject Of The Order. The Conditions Arising From The Original Contract And Any Annexes Thereto Will Apply To Negotiated Procurement, Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7.
