Refuse And Waste Related Services – Management Of Municipal Waste Collected From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Located In The Gniewkowo Commune. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Other Waste Fractions Collected Selectively, Originating From Real Estate Where Residents Live, Located In The Gniewkowo Commune, Including Waste Accepted At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok). All Waste Covered By The Order Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Providing Municipal Waste Collection And Transport Services. The Scope Of Codes And Estimated Amounts Of Waste Are Specified In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Waste Management Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 1328) And Other Applicable Legal Provisions. 2) Waste Will Be Collected At The Transport, Storage And Reloading Base And At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok), Located In Kaczków, In Accordance With The Law And The Permits Held. Then, After Collecting The Appropriate Amount, They Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Providing Municipal Waste Collection And Transport Services To Installations Indicated By The Waste Management Contractor. Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Will Be Transferred To The Municipal Installation In Accordance With Art. 29A Section 1 And 3 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 1328). 3) The Contractor Undertakes To Mechanically And Biologically Process Municipal Waste And Separate Fractions From Mixed Municipal Waste That Are Fully Or Partially Recoverable In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 15, 2017 On The Levels Of Limitation Of The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste (Journal Of Laws, Item 2412) And With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of August 3, 2021 On The Method Of Calculating The Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste (Journal Of Laws, Item 1530). 4) In The Case Of Accepting Waste Covered By The Order On The Basis Of A Waste Collection Permit, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That It Is Transferred For Processing To Entities With The Legally Required Authorizations To Process A Given Type Of Waste. The Contractor Is Responsible To The Ordering Party For The Entire Waste Management Service, And The Remuneration Specified In The Offer Also Includes The Costs Of Its Further Transfer, Transport And Processing.
