The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale Of Electricity In The Period From January 1 To December 31, 2027, In Quantities Consistent With Actual Demand. The Total Number Of Energy Consumption Points Is 277, And The Total Forecast Demand For Electricity For All Ppe Covered By The Order Is 2,031,027 Kwh, With The Total Contracted Power Of Approximately 3,000 Kw. 4.2. The Estimated Demand Was Calculated Based On Energy Consumption Over The Past Period. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Order Covers The Supply Of Electricity To Ppe, Powering In Particular: - Street Lighting, Sports Field Lighting, Street Traffic Lights And Monitoring; - Buildings, Premises, Public Utility Facilities (Schools, Kindergartens, Offices, ...), Commercial And Residential Premises; - Devices, Water Supply, Sewage And Heating Installations, Swimming Pools And Others; - Household (Customers Referred To In Article 3, Point 13B Of The Energy Law). The Contractor Will Be Obliged, Based On The Powers Of Attorney Received, To Carry Out All Activities Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure Specified In The Iriesd, Including, Depending On The Given Circumstances, To Carry Out: • Procedures For Terminating Comprehensive Contracts, • Procedures For Concluding Contracts For The Provision Of Distribution Services, So As To Effectively Start Selling Electricity Within A Specified Period. The Contractor Is Obliged To Act As The Entity Responsible For Commercial Balancing For The Electricity Supplied Under The Contract. The Głuchołazy Commune, Its Organizational Units And Other Ordering Parties Covered By This Order Will Be Settled On The Terms And According To The Prices Resulting From The Concluded Contracts And Legal Provisions In Force During The Period Of The Order Implementation.
