All Offered And Delivered Passenger Vehicles Must Be Technically Correct, Completely Undamaged (Without Damage To The Bodywork And Interior Of The Vehicle) And Suitable For The Contracted Use With All Prescribed Appropriate Equipment. Vehicles Of The 5Th And 6Th Category From The Technical Specifications And Cost List Must Have Registration Marks According To The Clients Headquarters. Replacement Vehicles Must Be Delivered As Needed And Requested By The Client. The Type, Quantity And Technical Characteristics Of The Procurement Items Are Specified In Detail In The Technical Specifications (Attachment 1), Which Form An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation. The Offered Vehicles Must Fully Meet All Conditions And Requirements Prescribed In The Technical Specifications. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer Each Item Of The Technical Specifications As Prescribed. Bidders Are Obliged To Fill In The Technical Specifications In The Prescribed Manner And Submit All Required Data, Evidence And Certificates In The Bid. In This Public Procurement Procedure, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Economic Entity For A Period Of Two (2) Years.
