The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision Of The Service Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated And Collected From Property Owners Living In The City And Commune Of Sanniki In 2027. The Subject Of This Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Through Recovery Or Neutralization Of Municipal Waste Indicated In The Order Description From Residential Properties Located In The City And Commune Of Sanniki And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As: Pszok), In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And The Provisions Of The Waste Management Plan For The Masovian Voivodeship.
