Collection, Transport And Management Of Specified Municipal Waste Originating From Residential Properties Located In The Turek Municipality In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Landfill And Its Transport To The Municipal Installation In Accordance With Applicable Law, Among Others. Removal Of Illegal Municipal Waste Storage Sites In Amounts Up To 10 Mg/Year. 3. Organizing, Maintaining And Operating A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok), Enabling Property Owners To Provide Free Of Charge Any Amount Of Waste With A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Collection Of Municipal Waste Collected There And Its Transport To The Municipal Installation. 4. Equipping Residential Properties Located In The Turek Municipality With Containers For Collecting Mixed Municipal Waste, Ash And Segregated Waste And Maintaining Them In Proper Technical And Sanitary Condition. 5. For Residential Properties, Providing Bags And Containers Intended For Selective Collection And Accumulation Of Waste. 6. For Residential Properties, Providing Containers For Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste. 7. The Collection Will Cover: 1) Municipal Waste Collected And Stored In A Non-Selective Manner (Mixed) - Other Unsegregated Waste; 2) Municipal Waste Collected And Collected At Source In A Selective (Segregated) Manner, Including Packaging Waste Divided Into The Following Fractions: A. Paper, Including Cardboard, Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste, B. Metals, Including Metal Packaging Waste, C. Plastics, Including Plastic Packaging Waste, D.
