Construction Work – F423/F424 Zelzate Construction Bicycle Tunnel. The Aim Of The Contract Is To Build A New Section Of Two Cycle Highway Routes, Namely The F423 And The F424. This New Section Provides A Direct Connection Between The Cycle Route At The Dutch Border And The Existing F40, The Large Cycle Ring Around Ghent. In Addition, The Missing Link Of The Existing Bicycle Highway F423, Which Connects Eeklo And Assenede With Zelzate, Will Also Be Connected To This New Route. To Connect The Dutch Cycle Route (On The East Side Of The Railway Line) With The F423 And The F40 (Connection To The Tweede-Gidsenlaan On The West Side Of The Railway Line), A Bicycle Tunnel Will Be Provided Under The Railway Line.
