The Subject Of The Order Is: Organization And Coordination Of Ict Workshops, Some Of Which Will Be Classified As Summer Camps, For Primary School Students And Other Tasks Related To The Implementation Of The Digital Possibilities Club Project In 2027-2029. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Has Identified The Following Tasks: 1) Task 1. Providing The Location Of Workshops, Providing And Arranging Places For Workshops For Students. 2) Task 2. Fulfillment Of The Requirements Related To The Organization Of The Summer Camp, Including The Provision Of Camp Managers. 3) Task 3. Providing Tools For The Organization Of Workshops - Including Equipment For Students And Student Leaders. 4) Task 4. Providing Refreshments For Workshop Participants And Student Leaders. 5) Task 5. Providing Accommodation For The Workshop Leaders - Students. 6) Task 6. Printing And Packaging Educational Brochures For Students Along With Diplomas For Students. 7) Task 7. Technical Organization Of Webinars As Part Of The Project. 8) Task 8. Implementation Of Selected Information And Promotional Activities, Including Support In Recruiting Workshop Participants. 2. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order - From The Moment Of Signing The Contract Until November 31, 2029. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Technical Reference System Is Mentioned In This Tor, It Should Be Assumed That The Words Or Equivalent Have Been Used In Relation To Them. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Possibility Of Conducting Negotiations In Order To Improve The Content Of Offers Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice. 6. Method Of Evaluation Of Offers: When Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer From Among The Non-Rejectable Offers Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice, The Ordering Party Will Be Guided By The Offer Evaluation Criteria And Their Significance And Will Evaluate The Offers Within These Criteria. The Ordering Party Will Award The Order To The Contractor Whose Offer Receives The Highest Number Of Points. 7.
