Tenders are invited for Financial Planning and Financial Inclusion Consultant (firm or individual/team) to design and deliver practical workshops that help agribusiness SMEs and cooperatives improve their financial planning and understand their financing options (soft loans, grants and investment funds). Scope in brief: Practical workshops on financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, investment needs and financing options. A simple financial planning template in Arabic for participants to use. Workshops delivered in Arabic to about 125150 beneficiaries, in five groups of 2530. Each group gets two days of training. Locations: Hebron, Ramallah, Nablus, Tubas and Jericho. Duration: one month. Deliverables: Inception Note (English), Financial Planning Template (Arabic), Workshop Materials (Arabic), delivery of the workshops, and a Final Report (English). Who can apply: A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in financial planning, financial advisory services and/or financial inclusion. Experience working with SMEs or cooperatives, preferably in the agriculture sector. Experience designing and delivering practical, participatory training. Good knowledge of financing options for SMEs and cooperatives. Fluency in Arabic and strong written English. Experience with donor-funded projects is an advantage.
