The Formal Public Law Decision-Making Authority Remains With Tne Or The Official Authorized On Behalf Of The Minister. The Assignment Only Concerns Matters That Tne Classifies After Triage As Complex And Legally Substantive. The Estimate Concerns The Handling Of 5,000 To 10,000 Complex Objections, With A Cap Of € 1,000,000 Excluding Vat For A Maximum Of 10,000 Assigned Cases. During The Term Of The Agreement, Tne Can Assign Additional Work To The Contractor For Up To A Maximum Of 10,000 Complex Objection Cases, On Top Of The Basic Scope Of 10,000 Complex Objection Cases. The Activation Condition For This Is That The Basic Scope Of 10,000 Complex Objection Cases Is Reached Within The Term Of The Agreement. For Additional Matters, The Same Fixed All-In Rates Apply As Agreed For The Basic Scope, Including The Same Maximum Price As For The Basic Cap (€1,000,000 For 10,000 Complex Objection Cases).
