School-Meal Services – Design, Packaging And Delivery Of Cold Meals For The School Catering Service And The Municipal Nursery In The Town Of Ghisonaccia. This Consultation Follows Procedure No. 2026-13, Relating To The Services Of Making, Packaging And Delivery Of Meals In Cold Connection For School Catering And The Municipal Nursery Of The Town Of Ghisonaccia, Declared Unsuccessful Due To The Absence Of Regular Offers. Framework Agreement Concluded According To The Procedure Adapted In Application Of 3° Of Article R.2123-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, Relating To The Procedure Applicable To Social Services And Other Specific Services. This Is A Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders, Executed As The Purchase Orders Are Issued, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Consists Of A Single Lot And Will Be Awarded To A Single Economic Operator. Services Will Be Paid For By Applying Unit Prices. The Contract Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 260,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, I.E. A Total Maximum Amount Of The Contract (4 Years) Of 1,040,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax). The Estimated Value Of The Market Is Purely Indicative And Includes All Renewal Periods.
