The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Prepare, Carry Out And Operate A Combined Analysis Of Counts And Surveys On Cross-Border Traffic Within The Perimeter Of The Basel Trinational Eurodistrict (Etb). Traffic Counts And Surveys Cover 47 Distinct Border Cross-Sections Spread Across French, Swiss And German Territories (Fr/Ch/De), For Several Modes Of Transport. The Contract Is Broken Down Into Firm Services (Wp 1 To Wp 7: Inventory, Survey Plan, Carrying Out Counts And Surveys, Data Processing, Bilingual French/German Reports And Project Management) As Well As Possible Additional Services (Pse 1 To 5).
