As Part Of The Facade Renovation Of The Institute Building I02 Of The Hannover Medical School (Mhh), Hannover, The Building Shell And Parts Of The Roof Area Will Be Renovated During Ongoing Teaching Operations. For The Renovation, Approximately 2,550 M2 Of Expanded Metal Façade Will Be Constructed In A Corrugated Shape As A Ventilated Curtain Façade. The Facade Work Includes The Substructure, In Parts With Insulation Work, In Parts With A Substructure Of Timber Frame Walls Provided By The Customer. Expanded Metal Panels, Here In A Smooth Form, Should Also Be Provided For Outdoor Railings. The Scope Of Services Includes: Demolition Of The Existing Facade (Washed Concrete Panels, Wood Fiber Insulation), Dismantling Of Ceiling Coverings And Entrance Roofing; New Installation Of Thermal Insulation And Windproof Layer; Delivery And Assembly Of Aluminum Substructure, Expanded Metal Panels And Aluminum Panels Including Connection Profiles On Windows And Doors, External Window Sills; Metal Coffered Ceiling In The Entrance Area; Expanded Metal Panels As Door And Railing Fillings; Assembly Concept, Construction Schedule, Static Calculations And Documentation; Truck Crane Provision And Disposal Services. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With All Applicable Technical Regulations, Accident Prevention Regulations And The Hygienic And Operational Requirements Of The Mhh. Special Requirements For Execution During Ongoing Operation The Work Is Carried Out While The Building Is In Full Operation. The Contractor Must Plan And Carry Out All Measures In Such A Way That Operations, Particularly The Operation Of Sensitive Areas (E.G. Laboratories), Are Not Impaired At Any Time. Before Starting Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Find Out About The Local Conditions, Operational Processes And The Hygienic And Safety Requirements. The Resulting Expenses Must Be Included In The Standard Prices. Additional Claims For Compensation From This Cannot Be Asserted.
