The Purchase Of Supervision Services For The Design And Execution Contract Related To The Investment Objective Rehabilitation Of The Clean Water Basin And Related Works On The Doftana River, Prahova County According To The Task Book No.Ddi /2539/07.08.2026, These Consisting Of:  Ensuring The Implementation Of The Works Contract In Compliance With The Applicable Technical, Contractual, Legislative And Financial Requirements;  Verification Of Technical Documentation And Its Compliance With Contractual Requirements And Applicable Regulations;  Monitoring The Execution Of The Works From A Quantitative And Qualitative Point Of View And Compliance With The Requirements Regarding Operational Safety;  Ensuring The Technical Supervision Of The Works On Behalf Of The Beneficiary, In Accordance With The Works Contract And The Approved Technical-Economic Documentation;  Verification Of Compliance With The Provisions Of The Legislation In The Field Of Construction Quality And The Obligations Of The Site Manager/Supervisor;  Checking The Work Statements And Issuing Payment Certificates Only For The Works Actually Executed, In Accordance With Quantity And Quality And Confirmed By Supporting Documents;  Ensuring The Necessary Support To The Beneficiary For The Reception At The End Of The Works And The Final Reception.
