The Contractor Is Responsible For Establishing And Operationally Implementing Project-Specific Methods And Processes With A Particular Focus On The Principles Of Lean Management. This Includes In Particular The Application And Implementation Of Lean Construction, Target Value Design (Tvd) And The Last Planner System(R) (Lps). In Addition, The Structured Structure Of The Structural And Process Organization Must Be Implemented To Control And Coordinate Those Involved In The Project. A Central Goal Is To Enable The Project Team To Apply The Above-Mentioned Lean Methods Independently, Effectively And In A Project-Appropriate Manner. These Include In Particular: - Conditions Of Satisfaction (Cos) For Defining Project-Specific Success Criteria, - The Lastplanner(R)Systems (Lps) For Collaborative Task And Deadline Control And - From The Planning Phase Onwards, Target Value Design (Tvd) For Systematic Cost Control Along The Lines Of Customer Benefit. Another Goal Is The Coordination And Control Of Project Management With A Focus On Deadline, Cost And Risk Management According To The Principles Of Integrated Project Management (Ipa). This Includes: - Transparent Cost Control (Including Cost Aggregation And Target Achievement Forecasts) - Forward-Looking Risk Management And - Structured Task And Deadline Control Using The Lps. The Ipa Management Works Closely With The Ipa Coach, Who, As A Neutral Authority, Accompanies The Culture And Team Development And Supports The Establishment Of Processes And Methods. The Services Are Primarily Provided In The Co-Location Provided By The Client. The Service Is Awarded As A Service As Part Of A Phased Call Contract.
