Fernwärme Teltow Gmbh Is The Central Heat Supplier For The City Of Teltow And Operates Two Modern Heating Plants With A Total Output Of 46 Mw. The Company Now Supplies Almost Two Thirds Of Teltows Population Via A 54 Km Long District Heating Network With Around 1,128 Transfer Stations. Heat Is Generated Primarily On A Natural Gas Basis, Supplemented By The Feed-In Of Regeneratively Generated Heat From A Cooperation Partner. Since 2012, Fw Teltow Has Also Operated 13 Photovoltaic Systems With A Total Of 500 Kwp, Making It The Largest Solar Power Producer In The City. A Qualified Team Of Ten Employees Ensures Operation, Service And A Permanent Emergency Service. Fw Teltow Stands For A Safe, Efficient And Low-Emission Energy Supply And Is Continually Developing Its Network To Meet The Increasing Demands For Sustainability And Security Of Supply. One Of The Current Construction Projects Is The Construction Of A New Administration Building On The Existing Property At Osdorfer Straße 11 In Teltow. The Property Is Owned By Fw Teltow And Covers Approximately 5,200 M². The Property Is Currently Built On With A Heating Plant, A Workshop Building And Various Small Outbuildings. The Workshop Building Is To Be Dismantled To Make Space For The New Building. The Planning Services Required To Construct The Buildings Are Awarded In Batches. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Structural Planning (Lot 3). As Part Of A Feasibility Study, A B-Plan Change Was Requested From The City Of Teltow In Order To Secure The Planning Legal Basis By Expanding The Existing Building Boundaries. The Process Is Currently Still Ongoing; The City Has Not Yet Made A Decision. If The Application Is Rejected, Fwt Reserves The Right To Cancel The Procedure In Question Or To Make Use Of The Special Right Of Termination Provided For In This Case (See Contract).
