Repair And Maintenance Of Plant – Renovation Of Screens/Skip Of The Leperviere And Chaffit Lift Stations. The Beauchastel Hydroelectric Development Has Three Lifting Stations: The Blaud Station, The Chaffit Station And The Épervière Station. Each Of These Stations Is Equipped With Pumps To Ensure The Lifting Of Water Coming From The Dike Leakage Channels. They Also Have Automatic “Rake” Type Screens Intended To Ensure The Cleaning Of The Upstream Screens And To Remove The Waste Retained By Them. Historically, The Four Screens Present At The Three Stations Were Of A Similar Design And Manufactured By Jonneret. In 2024, Two Of This Equipment Were Completely Replaced By New Screens, Their State Of Degradation Having Been Deemed Incompatible With Renovation. As Part Of The Upgrade Of Its Installations, Cnr Now Wishes To Renovate The Two Remaining Screens. The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Renovation Of Lifting Equipment Intended For Handling And Evacuating Waste, Located On The Épervière Site. The Three Lifting Stations Were Put Into Service In 1966. Given The Age Of The Installations, The Contract Will Include Work Of A Mechanical And Electrical Nature Aimed At Upgrading The Equipment Concerned, Improving Their Reliability And Guaranteeing Their Longevity. A Part Of Mechanical Reverse Engineering Will Also Be Expected. In Fact, Cnr Does Not Have All Of The Original Detailed Plans Relating To Certain Equipment. The Holder Must Therefore, When Necessary, Carry Out Dimensional Surveys And Investigations To Reconstruct The Technical Data Essential To The Design And Execution Of The Work. The Work Is Scheduled For 2027 On The Epervière Site, And In 2028 On The Chaffit Site (Option).
