The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Delivery And Installation And Warranty Maintenance Of Air-Conditioning Installations In Connection With The Provision Of A Social Service Family-Type Accommodation Center For Children Without Disabilities (Cnstdbu), Located In Pi 356, Quarter 48 Of The Pup Of The Village Of Ovchi Kladenets, Tundzha Municipality, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Creation Of Alternative Social Services For Unaccompanied Refugee Children In Bulgaria, Financed Under An Administrative Contract For Grant Of Grant No. 812108-31 Dated 20.06.2025 Under Procedure No. 3, Specific Objective 1 Common European Asylum System, Specific Objective 2 Legal Migration And Integration, Under Procedure Through Direct Provision Of Grant No. Bg65ampr001-1.003 From The Program Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Under The Asylum, Migration And Integration Fund 2021-2027 (Fumi).The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery, Installation And Warranty Maintenance Of Air-Conditioning Installations, Described In Detail In Technical Specifications, An Integral Part Of The Public Order Documentation, Published In The Buyer Profile Of Tundzha Municipality In Tsais.Deadline - In The Technical Proposal For The Execution Of The Order, Each Participant Should Propose A Deadline For Delivery And Installation, Which Should Not Be Shorter Than 30 Calendar Days And Longer Than 60 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Assignment Letter From The Representative Of The Contracting Authority.* The Time Required For Installation Is Also Included In The Proposed Delivery Time.* A Participant Whose Offer Contains A Term For Delivery And Installation That Is Shorter And/Or Longer Than The Specified Term Will Be Removed From Participation In The Public Procurement Procedure.
