Tenders Are Invited For European Restricted Tender - Approach To Village Ribbon

In The Municipality Of Oldambt There Is Damage Repair And Reinforcement Of Homes As A Result Of The Earthquake Problem Resulting From Years Of Gas Extraction. In 2020, The Government Promised Resources For Investments In Public Space In Areas Where Reinforcement Is Taking Place. Based On These Available Resources, The Municipality Of Oldambt Completed A Participation Process With Various Working Groups From The Various Villages (Nieuw Scheemda, T Waar And Nieuwolda) In The So-Called Village Ribbon In The Period From Mid-2023 To The End Of 2025. Various Plans Have Been Drawn Up In This Process, Which Should Lead To Improvements In The Public Area And Which, Among Other Things, Will Benefit The Quality Of Life. A Joint Search Was Made For Linking Opportunities With Other Tasks In The Public Area And Various Subsidy/Financing Flows Were Combined. In This Way, The Total Investment And Thus The Improvement Of The Public Areas In The Villages Could Be Improved Even More. This Assignment Is A Construction Team Agreement For Works With An Estimated Value Of €5,500,000, Excluding Vat And Excluding The Costs For The Construction Team Phase. This Amount Concerns An Actually Available Budget For The Implementation Of The Sub-Projects Falling Within This Assignment. The Work Carried Out Within This Assignment Is: - Redevelopment Of The Kerkwijk Location Incl. Sewerage (Including Do Preparation); - Redevelopment Of The T Waar Location Incl. Sewerage (Including Do Preparation); - Redevelopment Of The Nieuwolda Supermarket Location (Including Do Preparation); - Redevelopment Of The Location Nieuwoldaplein + Harbour, Including Hydraulic Engineering Work (Including Coordination Of The Environment For The Preparation Of Do); - Work Along The Approximately 11 Km Long (And Approximately 5 M1 Wide) Continuous Village Ribbon, Namely: I. Addressing Drought Damage: Approx. 3 Km Asphalt Repair Including Foundation, Including Research Into The Method Of Repair; Ii. Replacement Of Top Layer: Approx. 4 Km At Various Locations (Not Overlapping With Drought Damage); Iii. Installing Bicycle Lanes On Both Sides: Approx. 11 Km (Overlapping With The Above Drought Damage And Top Layer Replacement); Iv. Applying Grass Concrete Boulder Strips: Approx. 3 Km At Various Locations; V. Applying Various Measures For Road Safety, Including Replacing All Bowl Boundaries With Approximately 11 Pieces. - Environmental Communication During The Implementation Phase.
