The Object Of The Contract Is: • Cleaning And Beautification Of Common Areas Of The Municipalitys Settlements, Where It Is Planned To Carry Out All The Required Free Waste Collection Work - Whitewashing - Green Work - Cleaning - And General Beautification Of The Communal Areas, Roads, Sidewalks And Squares Of The Municipalitys Settlements. • Deforestation - Pruning - Cleaning Of Native Vegetation, Municipal Roads, Footpaths And Common Areas In The Non-Planned Areas Of The Municipality. (The Selection Of The Areas To Be Cleaned Will Be Made By The Competent Deputy Mayor, With The Basic Criteria Being Fire Protection Around The Settlements And The Safe Passage Of Vehicles And Pedestrians) • Collection Of The Special Composting Bins And Replacing Them With Empty Ones, In Selected Parts Of The Settlements Of Ormos Korthio And Korthio, According To The Composting Program Of Organic Waste (Kitchen Scraps) Of The Municipality Of Andros. In Order To Perform The Above Services, The Contractor Should Have: A) Suitable Staff: • 14 Cleaning Workers B) Necessary Logistical Equipment: • Large Black Garbage Bags 120X120 Cm & Small Bags For The Baskets • Lime For Whitewashing The Streets • Other Materials And Tools (Brushes, Brooms, Carts, Etc.) For Cleaning The Roads • Hardware Equipment For Deforestation And Pruning Operations (Lawn Mowers, Shovels, Hand And Gasoline Saws, Hoes, Ladders, Etc.) • Personal Protective Equipment For Workers. For The Other Needs Of The Project, As Described Herein, The Municipality Will Provide The Contractor With Suitable Vehicles, Depending On The Needs And Availability. For The Execution Of The Above Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ Cleaning Workers With A Dependent Employment Relationship And Full-Time Working Hours, As Follows: - From The Signing Of The Contract And For A Period Of 18 Months: 468 Days X 14 Cleaning Workers = 6,552 Full-Time Wages, For The Work Of Waste Collection And Cleaning Of Common Areas Of The Municipality Andros (6 Days Work). Total Wages: 6,552. The Initial Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Eighteen (18) Months From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force, With A Maximum Initial Physical Object Of 6,552 Full-Time Wages And A Maximum Initial Contractual Value Of €511,711.20 Excluding Vat. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Of Option, Which Can Be Exercised, In Whole Or In Part, By Reasoned Decision Of The Competent Body Before The End Of The Initial Contractual Term, As Long As There Are Still Needs To Provide The Same Services And The Required Financial Coverage Is Ensured.
