The Intercommunity Development Association Tag Transport Local Tġrnăveni-Adămuș-Gănești, As The Competent Authority, Which Exercises On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Member Administrative-Territorial Units The Powers Mandated According To Art. 17 Para. (1^1) From Law No. 92/2007, Intends To Award, Through A Competitive Awarding Procedure, According To Art. 5 Para. (3) From Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007, The Public Services Contract For The Public Service Of Local Transport Of People Through Regular Routes, Carried Out By Buses, Within The Radius Of The Municipality Of Târnăveni And The Communes Of Adămuș And Gănești, Mureș County. The Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of The Service Concession Contract Provided For In Art. 29 Para. (8) Lit. A) From Law No. 51/2006. The Operator Is Provided, As Return Goods, 7 Electric Buses, 10 Recharging Stations (7 Slow And 3 Fast) And The Operating Base In The Municipality Of Târnăveni, Piața Obor No. 9, Assets Owned By The Municipality Of Târnăveni, Purchased Through The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. The Operator Completes The Fleet With Its Own Buses, In Accordance With The Award Documentation. The Expected Start Dates And Duration Of The Contract Can Be Changed After Publication, According To Art. 7 Para. (2) From Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007.
