Social Work And Related Services – Southeast Housing First Panel For Tenancy Supports, Property Sourcing, Intake, Health Supports And Related Services. Qualifying For A Panel, Does Not Constitute An Award Of A Contract Nor Does It Indicate That Any Contract Will Be Awarded. However, It Should Be Noted That This Procurement Process Covers Both The Establishment Of A Panel And The Awarding Of An Initial Contract Or A Number Of Initial Contracts To Meet The Initial Requirements Under The Panel. The Following Services Will Be Part Of The Initial Contract(S) To Be Awarded Under The Panel: I. Intensive Case Management (Visiting Support Team) Ii. Ancillary Supports (Peer Support And Community Integration) Iii. Tenancy Sourcing And Delivery Iv. Any Other Related Services To Meet The Immediate Requirement For Current And Projected Housing First Tenancies For Southeast Region As Per The Panel Invitation. An Initial Contract/Initial Contracts To Be Awarded Will Be For A Period Of 3 Years With The Option To Extend For A Further Four (4) Periods Of Up To 1 Year Up To A Maximum Duration Of Seven (7) Years In Total For The Initial Contracts Subject To Annual, Periodic, And Other Reviews, At The Sole Discretion Of The Contracting Authority.
