This Study Has Several Objectives: 1- Carry Out The Update Of The Sanitation Master Plans Of Municipalities For Which The Regulatory Deadline Of 10 Years Has Passed Or Is Approaching. 2- At The Same Time, It Will Be Appropriate To Criticize The Current Sanitation Master Plans Of Other Municipalities In The Territory, To Take Stock Of The Operations Already Carried Out And Those In Progress. 3- Secondly, When The Master Plans Of More Than 10 Years Have Been Updated According To Objective 1, It Will Be A Question Of Using The Prioritization Method Retained During The Mission Of Objective 2 And Of Creating A Single Master Plan. 4- Finally, The Last Mission Will Concern The Financial Aspects Of The Service. The Selected Design Office Must Present The Impacts Of The Investments Retained In The Previous Phase On The Sanitation Prices Borne By Users And Propose A Method Of Harmonizing Prices Across The Intermunicipal Territory According To A Timetable Allowing Compliance With The Reasonable Deadlines Required By The Regulations.
