The Zwilling-Scholl-Realschule Is Part Of The Böddinghausen School Center And Is Located At Albert-Schweizer-Straße 4 In 58840 Plettenberg, Ot Böddinghausen. The School Consists Of A Southern Building Block (Ba I) And A Northern Building Block (Ba Ii), With Both Blocks Being Connected By A Connecting Corridor And A Cafeteria. The Intention Is To Carry Out A General Renovation Of The Now Gutted Northern Wing Of The Building, Followed By The Conversion Of The Southern Wing Of The Building. In Addition, The Existing Connecting Corridor Must Be Demolished And Replaced With A New, Barrier-Free Connecting Corridor Including An Elevator And Adjacent Rooms. The Construction Work Takes Place During Ongoing School Operations. The Subject Of The Contract To Be Awarded Is All The Planning And Construction Services Required For Turnkey Execution/Construction Based On A Design And Approval Plan Prepared By The Client. The General Contractor Services Are Scheduled To Be Commissioned In March 2027.
