Photocopy Paper – Supply Of Printing Paper. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Supply And Delivery Of Paper, Printing Media And Stationery Products Intended For The Needs Of The Departments Services. It Includes In Particular The Supply Of Papers Intended For Printing And Reprography, In Different Formats, Weights, Colors And Packaging, As Well As Printing Supports And Associated Paper Products, In Accordance With The Technical Characteristics Defined In This Specific Clauses Book And The References Appearing In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). The Supplies Are Intended To Be Used On The Various Sites And Equipment Of The Department, In Particular On The Printers, Copiers And Reprographic Equipment Used By Its Services But Also By The Departmental Printing Press. The Services Also Include The Packaging, Transport And Delivery Of Supplies To The Various Sites Of The Department, Under The Conditions Defined In The Specific Clauses. The Supplies Must Be New, Conform To The Technical And Environmental Characteristics Defined In The Contractual Documents And Suitable For The Intended Use. Each Bidder Must Offer A Sample Of Their Proposed Product(S). Samples Must Be Referenced And Unit Prices Labeled. The Samples Provided As Part Of The Consultation Are Free Of Charge And Can Be Collected Directly From The Administrations Premises, Within 150 Days Of Notification Of The Contract (See Article 5.1 Of The Rc.
