Activities That Fall Within The Daily Maintenance Contract Generally Include (Not Exhaustively): • Keeping The Fairway Free Of Obstacles And Waste. • Maintenance Of The Buoys. • Repairs To The Bank Structures Are Part Of The Scope. • Repairs To The Mooring Facilities And Guide Structures. • Cyclical Maintenance Of The Waterway Furniture And Replacement Of Waterway Furniture. • Cyclic Maintenance On And Next To The Slopes (Mowing, Keeping Waste Free) Is Part Of The Scope. • Maintenance Of Plants And Trees On And Next To The Slopes. • Carrying Out Maintenance Work On Facilities On And Along The Waterway (Such As Fups, Pups And Sups. • Maintenance Of Signage And Beaconing/Buoyage. • Carrying Out Cleaning Work On Pavements, Verges And Waterways. • Resolving Emergencies. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 4,800,000 Over The Entire Term, Including Extension Options. The Contractor Has No Rights To This Value. The Total Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At € 7,200,000 Over The Entire Term, Including Extension Options.
