The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Preparation Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Enabling The Ordering Party To Implement The Investment Titled Construction Of A Hospital For The Needs Of Psychiatric And Rehabilitation Wards For Children And Adolescents In Zagórze Along With The Necessary Infrastructure - Stage I Documentation Along With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit. 2) Performing Authors Supervision. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Similar Contracts, Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Design Services Related To The Subject Of The Basic Contract, In Particular In The Scope Of Additional Design Studies, Analyses, Expert Opinions, Research, Arrangements And Other Design Works Directly Related To The Preparation And Implementation Of The Investment. The Expected Value Of Similar Orders Is Up To Pln 650,000.00 Net. Similar Contracts May Be Awarded Under The Terms Specified In The Public Procurement Law.
