The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Solid Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Located In The City Of Ostrów Mazowiecka And Waste Originating From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Located At Ul. Łąkowa 10 In Ostrów Mazowiecka; 2) Equipping The Properties Indicated By The Ordering Party With Appropriate Containers For Collecting Mixed Municipal Waste, Bags For Collecting Separately Collected Municipal Waste And Containers And Bags For Collecting Bio-Waste And Ash, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Annexes To The Swz; 3) Achieving Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Reducing The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill In Accordance With Applicable Law; 4) Municipal Waste Management In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy; 5) Maintaining Reporting And Documentation Related To The Activities Covered By The Order During The Order Implementation Period. 3.
